Welch Point Associates
is a small, website development company located in Cecil County,
Maryland. We are a husband and wife business and have been in
business for over 10 years, serving over 60 clients. We have
enjoyed getting to know our customers, sharing our knowledge
with them and helping them grow their businesses through the
Internet.
After much discussion, we have decided it is time to rest and
enjoy some time with our family and friends so we have started
the process of "downsizing" our business. Our daughter
Cindy Reeves has her own web site development business, Reeves
Digital Development, and in addition, has worked with us
on many of the web sites we have developed. She will continue
providing support for our clients as well as accepting new web
sites for development. If you are one of our current customers,
you can continue to contact us or Cindy and we will provide
whatever support you need. If you are in the Cecil County area

major contributor to our success has been the quality of the
photography and graphics created by Renie. She is better known
locally as LKPhoto and is a professional photographer and
graphic artist. She's also the "wife" part of the
"husband and wife" business and is continuing with her
photography business. Specializing in high resolution digital imaging and
editing. LKPhoto offers unique printed photography as well as
specialized graphics for use on the Internet. To view some

number of websites and in several publications created by the
Cecil County Tourism office.
As part of our business, we have provided technical support to
many businesses helping them to implement new technologies.
